Chemcon Speciality Chemicals has successfully completed the acquisition of the entire business of Shivam Petrochem Industries, a firm within its Promoter Group.

The deal was finalized with a lump-sum payment of INR 36 Crores.

This transaction fully integrates Shivam Petrochem's operations into Chemcon, concluding the previously approved related party acquisition.

All conditions for the transfer of the business undertaking have been fulfilled.
