SKYBIOTECH HEALTHCARE has closed its trading window effective January 1, 2026. This restriction on trading company shares by designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Additionally, the company will announce the board meeting date for approving the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, at a later time.
