Arvind Fashions (ARVINDFASN) is acquiring the remaining 31.25% stake in its subsidiary, Arvind Youth Brands (AYBPL), from Flipkart India for ₹135 Cr.

This deal makes AYBPL, which operates the popular 'Flying Machine' apparel brand, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arvind Fashions.

The move aims to enhance operational efficiency and strategic control over this key youth fashion segment.

AYBPL reported a turnover of ₹432.16 Cr for FY25, highlighting its significance.

This consolidation strengthens Arvind Fashions' grip on a vital brand.
