Harshil Agrotech has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.

This takes effect from January 01, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the company announces its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended December 31, 2025. The company will communicate the date for a board meeting to consider these financial results in due course.

This is a standard measure taken ahead of significant financial disclosures.
