Alpex Solar: Promoter Zyconic Pvt Ltd has pledged 10.9 lakh shares (4.27% of total equity) on December 20. This pledge serves as security for a guarantee provided by Zyconic for debt raised by Scan International Pvt Ltd, a group company.

The shares pledged are valued at approximately Rs 89.79 Cr, securing a debt of Rs 25 Cr, resulting in a security cover of 3.59x. Following this, 6.47% of the total promoter shareholding is now pledged.
