Raymond's subsidiaries JK Files & Engineering and Ring Plus Aqua saw their credit ratings withdrawn by CARE Ratings.

This follows the amalgamation of their engineering business and Ring Plus Aqua into JK Maini Precision Technology.

Existing Non-Convertible Debentures were repaid, and bank facilities transferred or settled post-merger.
