DRC Systems India has greenlit an additional investment of up to USD 1 Million (approx. INR 8.33 Cr) into its fully-owned Dubai subsidiary, DRC Systems EMEA LLC - FZ.

This strategic capital injection aims to significantly strengthen DRC Systems' Middle East footprint, drawing it closer to clients and tapping into the booming IT/ITeS market.

The move will expand its service offerings, covering cloud, AI, and digital marketing, projecting long-term growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced shareholder value.

The subsidiary maintains its 100% ownership.
