Anupam Rasayan's promoter, Mona Anandbhai Desai, has pledged an additional 1.98 Cr equity shares with Aditya Birla Capital to secure a loan.

This new transaction brings her total pledged shares to 2.68 Cr, which represents 2.35% of Anupam Rasayan's total share capital.

Notably, this means over 64% of her personal shareholding is now pledged.
