Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) has completed the acquisition of the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) business from NSE DATA & ANALYTICS LIMITED (NSEDAL). This strategic move transfers NSEDAL's KRA operations to CAMSKRA, CAMS's wholly-owned subsidiary.

The acquisition is set to significantly enhance CAMSKRA's investor data base, driving increased revenues and profitability.
