TAAL Tech's Board has declared a 2nd interim dividend of ₹35 per equity share (350%) for FY 2025-26, amounting to ₹10.91 Cr.

This brings the total interim dividends declared for the current financial year to ₹20.26 Cr.

Shareholders eligible for this 2nd interim dividend will receive payments on or before February 05, 2026. This payout is a key return to investors.
