Crizac Limited is expanding into the education sector by acquiring a 51.04% stake in Global Tree Careers Private Limited (GTCPL). This strategic move, approved by its Board, involves an initial cash infusion of ₹10.00 Cr, making GTCPL a subsidiary.

GTCPL, which reported assets of ₹29.80 Cr and FY25 turnover of ₹25.97 Cr, specializes in overseas education and immigration consultancy.

The acquisition enhances Crizac's service portfolio and strengthens its presence in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, aligning with its broader business expansion strategy.
