Tenshi Pharmaceuticals, a shareholder of OneSource Specialty Pharma, has pledged 64,00,000 equity shares, equating to 5.59% of the company's capital.

This move secures INR 1,000 Cr in debentures issued by its group company, Karuna Ventures.

As a result, 5.59% of OneSource Specialty Pharma's shares are now encumbered for the benefit of the Debenture Trustee.
