Bhakti Gems and Jewellery's shareholders have approved the appointment of three directors.

Mr. Manoharbhai B. Chunara joins the board as an Independent Director, bringing expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Dhaval Deepak Shah and Mr. Saurabh Mahendra Shah are appointed as Executive Directors.

Mr. Dhaval Shah contributes over 15 years of experience in the gems and jewellery industry, while Mr. Saurabh Shah offers extensive knowledge of gold and silver markets.

These additions are set to strengthen the company's board with diverse skills and strategic insights, supporting future growth and operational efficiency.
