Tanvi Foods has incorporated Tanvi Foods UK Limited, a 51% subsidiary based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.

This strategic move expands the company's international presence, aiming to capitalize on the growing UK demand for frozen and ready-to-eat Indian food products.

The new subsidiary will introduce its frozen samosas and other offerings under its own brand, leveraging the successful business model established by its US subsidiary.

The initial paid-up capital for Tanvi Foods UK Limited is GBP 1,000, with Tanvi Foods subscribing GBP 510 for its 51% stake.
