Camlin Fine Sciences has expanded its control in French ingredien'tech company Vinpai.

The firm converted EUR 3.3 million (~29.7 Cr) of convertible bonds into 1.1 million new shares of Vinpai, raising its total holding to 83.82% of the company's share capital.

This strategic move deepens Camlin's presence in the natural, plant-based functional ingredients market for food, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals, enhancing its product portfolio and technological prowess.
