Infibeam Avenues' Rights Issue Committee has approved sending a Reminder cum Forfeiture Notice to holders of partly paid-up equity shares.

These shareholders must pay the First and Final Call Money of ₹5 per share.

The payment period is from January 19 to January 29. Failure to pay this outstanding amount by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of their partly paid shares, including any money already paid.

This is crucial for affected shareholders to secure their investment and convert their shares to fully paid status.
