Vineet Laboratories' Rights Issue Committee has extended the timeline for its ongoing Rights Issue to benefit investors.

The last date for On Market Renunciation is now January 27, 2026, and the Issue Closing Date has been revised to January 30, 2026. This adjustment gives investors more time to participate.

Consequently, the Basis of Allotment and Allotment of Shares will now be on February 2, 2026, with Credit of Equity Shares and Listing of Shares on February 3, 2026.
