Firstsource Solutions, through its subsidiary, has acquired 100% of TeleMedik, a Puerto Rico-based healthcare and telehealth solutions provider, for up to ~24.9 Cr.

This strategic acquisition expands Firstsource's presence in clinical care services and bolsters access to the lucrative US provider and payer ecosystem.

TeleMedik reported revenues of ~123 Cr in 2024, significantly scaling up Firstsource's US Healthcare Contact Centre business.

This move enhances Firstsource's portfolio with specialized telehealth capabilities, strengthening its market position.
