Olectra Greentech's promoter, MEIL Holdings, has released a Non-Disposal Undertaking (NDU) previously tied to approximately 6.38 lakh shares.

This NDU, a restriction on the promoter's ability to dispose of these shares, was in place as a condition for a loan Olectra Greentech had taken from REC Limited.

With the full repayment of the loan, the NDU has been released.

This move signals increased flexibility for the promoter regarding their shareholding and is generally seen as a positive indicator of the company's financial health.
