Mafatlal Industries Limited, a promoter of NOCIL Limited, has pledged 9,59,065 equity shares of NOCIL.

This represents 0.57% of NOCIL's total share capital.

The shares were pledged with ICICI Bank as part of security cover adjustments for a facilities agreement.

This means a portion of the promoter's holdings is now collateral.
