HDFC AMC delivered a strong Q3 FY26, with Quarterly Average AUM (QAAUM) up 17% YoY to ₹9,24,900 Cr, maintaining an 11.4% market share.
Actively managed equity AUM also grew 18% YoY to ₹5,66,100 Cr, commanding a 13% market share.
Revenue from operations increased 15% YoY to ₹1,074.3 Cr, while Profit After Tax (PAT) jumped 20% YoY to ₹770.1 Cr.
Operating profit likewise rose 15% YoY to ₹855.7 Cr.
The company's focus on individual investors, who comprise 69% of AUM, continues to drive growth, supported by 15.4 million unique investors.
Digital initiatives are accelerating, with 96% of transactions now digital and new features like Tap2Invest on WhatsApp.
Expansion into alternatives is notable, with PMS AUM reaching ₹5,800 Cr and AIF commitments at ₹2,500 Cr, including new mandates.
The company also completed a 1:1 bonus share issuance.
