Themis Medicare Limited, a promoter of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited, has pledged an additional 3,50,000 equity shares of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited.

This move secures an existing Rs. 10 crore borrowing from Jio Credit Limited, primarily aimed at repaying high-interest loans and reducing overall finance costs.

Post-transaction, Themis Medicare Limited's total pledged holding in Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited is now 12,70,000 shares, representing 1.38% of the target company's total share capital.
