Dalmia Bharat, via its wholly-owned subsidiary, has completed the acquisition of a 26% equity stake in TrueRE Surya Private Limited for Rs. 42.87 Crore.

This key investment secures up to 128 MW of captive solar power capacity in Tamil Nadu.
