PDS Limited has completed the full acquisition of Jcraft Array Limited, a Hong Kong-based apparel trading company.

PDS's wholly-owned subsidiary, Norwest Industries, acquired the remaining 15% stake in Jcraft for INR 0.07 Cr, bringing total ownership to 100%. This strategic consolidation aims to simplify the shareholding structure and enable efficient decision-making for turnaround initiatives.

Jcraft currently operates with a negative net worth of INR -4.26 Cr and reported a PAT of INR -2.17 Cr, indicating significant operational focus ahead for PDS.
