Allied Blenders and Distillers (ABDL) is acquiring a non-operational distillery and bottling facility in Uttar Pradesh from NICOL for up to ₹70 Cr.

An additional ₹40 Cr will be invested for upgrades, bringing the total deal size to ₹110 Cr.

This strategic move aims to boost ABDL's backward integration capabilities, enhance IMFL bottling capacity in UP, and expand distillery capacity for captive ENA consumption.

The facility's Moradabad location also offers future expansion opportunities, strengthening ABDL's operational footprint and supply chain.
