RR Securities has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, confirming compliance for the quarter ended December 31. The RTA verified that all securities received for dematerialisation during this period were duly processed, accepted or rejected, and communicated to the depositories.

Furthermore, physical share certificates received for dematerialisation were properly cancelled and the corresponding electronic entries updated in the company's records.

This confirms the company's adherence to standard share transfer and dematerialisation procedures, ensuring accurate shareholder records.
