Innova Captab has announced a board meeting on Friday, 23rd January, 2026, to consider financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The board will also discuss a potential interim dividend for FY25-26, with the record date set for Friday, 30th January, 2026, if declared.
