Themis Medicare Limited, a promoter of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited, has pledged an additional 1,30,000 equity shares (0.14% of total share capital) of Gujarat Themis Biosyn.

This pledge is against an existing Rs 10 Cr borrowing from Jio Credit Limited, aimed at repaying high-interest loans and reducing overall finance costs.

Post-transaction, the total promoter pledged shares in Gujarat Themis Biosyn stand at 14,00,000 shares, representing 1.52% of the company's total share capital.
