Servotech has incorporated "SERVOTECH FOUNDATION," a wholly-owned subsidiary, as its not-for-profit CSR arm.

This new entity will undertake social responsibility initiatives.

Initial capital outlay for Servotech is 0.01 Cr, with the company holding 100% ownership.
