Auditors noted a qualified opinion: Rs. 0.04 Cr (quarter) / Rs. 0.13 Cr (nine months) interest income from Axis Bank FDs was not credited.

This adjusted total income to Rs. 4.44 Cr and net profit to Rs. 0.11 Cr.
