Mr. Vetri Subramaniam will lead as MD & CEO from Feb 1, 2026. Consolidated Core Revenue for Q3 FY26 was ₹ 395 Cr (+5% YoY), and Normalised Core PAT stood at ₹ 138 Cr (flat YoY, +29% QoQ). Management is optimistic about India's economic growth creating long-term opportunities for the mutual fund industry.
