PARAMATRIX has successfully acquired a 51% stake in Metasys Software Private Limited for ₹7.19 crore in the first tranche.

Metasys, now a subsidiary, is a software services firm specializing in custom application development for international clients in North America, Europe, and South-East Asia, with a turnover of approx ₹12.63 Cr last fiscal year.

This strategic acquisition is set to significantly expand PARAMATRIX's global operational footprint, leveraging Metasys’s client base and technical expertise to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth through stable recurring business.
