Soma Papers' shareholders have approved the appointment of Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors.

This decision was made at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of previous auditors, GMJ & Co. Sharp & Tannan, a firm with extensive experience auditing listed entities for over seven decades, will now oversee the company's financial audit for the current financial year.
