EP Biocomposites Limited has received a work order valued at ₹2.15 Cr for the manufacture, supply, and installation of 1,000 Model IV Premium Cast Iron Benches across Goa.

The order, to be completed by March 2027, aims to enhance public seating infrastructure at tourism locations.

Notably, the order was awarded by M/s Om Ventures, a related party where a company director is the sole proprietor.

The transaction is deemed to be in the ordinary course of business and at arm's length.
