Gian Life Care has rescheduled its board meeting to January 28, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The trading window for dealing in the company's shares remains closed for designated insiders from October 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are publicly disclosed.
