Nettlinx has approved the incorporation of a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary, COMPAI Limited, which will focus on Software Development and IT Services.

This move aims to expand Nettlinx's business into a key growth sector.

The subsidiary will be incorporated in India, with Nettlinx holding 100% control and shareholding.

The initial investment for the paid-up share capital is 0.01 Cr in cash.
