EBITDA jumped 28% to ₹141 Cr, expanding margins to 10.3%. Net profit soared 40% to ₹50 Cr.

The engineering segment was a key driver, seeing 20% revenue growth.

For the nine-month period, revenue increased 16.5% to ₹3,886 Cr.

The company secured ₹1,429 Cr in new orders this quarter, boosting its order book to a record over ₹9,000 Cr, providing strong revenue visibility, with a bidding pipeline exceeding ₹27,000 Cr.

A major growth strategy is capacity expansion, with 75,000 MTPA new capacity fully operational and another 75,000 MTPA planned, aiming for 450,000 MTPA total by year-end.

Capacity utilization already exceeds 85%. Recent developments include a strategic partnership with Lubrizol for advanced CPVC piping systems and the successful launch of SAP S4 HANA for enhanced operational efficiency.

Management expects sustained strong demand in Power T&D, targeting 20% YoY revenue growth and margin improvements for FY26, supported by a planned ₹250 Cr capex.

The company is positioned for another record year.
