ACME Solar Holdings' Board has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.20 per equity share (10% of face value) for FY 2025-26. The record date to determine eligible shareholders for this dividend payment is Friday, February 06, 2026. Investors holding shares by this date will receive the payout.

The Board also approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
