JLA Infraville Shoppers has clarified it will not disclose financial results for the December quarter.

The company, being listed on the SME Platform, is only required to file financial statements half-yearly.

A previous intimation for a board meeting to approve unaudited quarterly results was filed inadvertently due to an oversight.

The company has requested the stock exchange to open the trading window, which had been closed, as quarterly financial disclosures are not applicable to them.
