Bharti Airtel has announced the First and Final Call for payment on its partly paid-up equity shares, amounting to INR 401.25 per share.

The Record Date is February 06, 2026, to determine shareholders liable for this payment.

The Call Payment Period is from March 02 to March 16, 2026. Trading in these partly paid shares will be suspended from February 06, 2026. Shareholders should take note if they hold these shares.
