Zen Technologies reported mixed financial results but a strong operational quarter.
Revenue for Q3 FY26 climbed to ₹177.82 Cr YoY, with PAT rising to ₹54.77 Cr.
However, 9-month revenue and PAT were impacted by procurement delays due to security threats earlier in May 2025. Despite this, the company maintained healthy profitability, supported by a favorable product mix and cost discipline.
The company secured substantial new orders, totaling ₹931 Cr over the last four months, including ₹586 Cr in Q3 FY26 and ₹345 Cr post-quarter.
Notable wins include a ₹245 Cr anti-drone system upgrade and a ₹102 Cr Combat Training Node.
Zen also bolstered its naval simulation capabilities by acquiring a 76% stake in Anawave Systems.
Management expects a stronger FY27, with the majority of new orders scheduled for execution then, providing excellent revenue visibility.
The consolidated order book stands robust at ₹1,082.76 Cr.
Zen is confident in delivering sustained growth, driven by its solid order pipeline, expanding capabilities, and innovation focus.
