Vineet Laboratories has allotted 99,87,258 new equity shares at Rs.30 each, including a Rs.20 premium, as part of its Rights Issue.

This move increases the company's total issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity shares to 1,92,06,266. Consequently, the paid-up share capital has risen from Rs.9.22 Cr to Rs.19.21 Cr.
