Artemis Medicare posted strong Q3 FY26 results!

Consolidated revenue climbed 17.2% YoY to ₹272 Cr, with 9M revenue up 15.1% YoY to ₹802 Cr.

Profit after tax (PAT) surged 7.9% YoY to ₹22 Cr in Q3 and a robust 23.9% YoY to ₹73 Cr for 9M. Diluted EPS for Q3 hit ₹1.41 (+7.6% YoY) and for 9M, ₹4.66 (+21.0% YoY). The Gurgaon hospital saw IP volumes grow 13.3% YoY and ARPOB increase 10% YoY in Q3, driven by specialties like Oncology and Neuro.

Growth drivers are in full swing: the Gurgaon hospital is expanding to 1,000 beds.

New super-specialty hospitals are planned for South Delhi (650+ beds, MoU signed) and Raipur (300+ beds, expected Apr/May 2026). Plus, a new 110-bed facility in Mauritius.

To fund this, Artemis proposes to raise ~₹700 Cr.

Management highlighted temporary margin impacts from strategic investments in new departments like Robotics, signaling future capabilities.
