BLS International, via its subsidiary BLS International FZE, has acquired a 95% stake in MVA International W.L.L., a Bahrain-based visa and passport processing company, for 1000 BHD.

This strategic acquisition significantly expands BLS's global footprint, reinforcing its core business in the Middle East.

MVA International W.L.L. reported a turnover of 288,294 BHD in 2024. This move enhances BLS's service portfolio and market penetration in a key region, aligning with its growth strategy.
