BF Utilities is now subject to a Shareholders Agreement between Bharat Forge Group and an investor.

This restricts BF Utilities from engaging in the ferrous casting business in India, except through JS Auto, a step-down subsidiary.

Opportunities outside India can be explored if rejected by JS Auto.
