Sigachi Industries' promoter, RPS Industries Private Limited, has pledged an additional 25 lakh shares (0.65% of total share capital) for personal use with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Ltd. This increases the promoter's total pledged shares to 3.885 crore (10.17% of total share capital), up from 9.51% previously.

This action raises the overall encumbrance on promoter holdings.
