YH Hospital delivered a robust Q3 FY26, with revenue soaring 46% YoY to 320.5 Cr and Profit After Tax (PAT) climbing 41% YoY to 43.1 Cr.
EBITDA also saw a strong 35% rise to 74.2 Cr.
Operational efficiency improved, with Average Revenue Per Occupied Bed (ARPOB) up 10% YoY to Rs. 33,744 and occupancy reaching 67%. New Delhi and Faridabad Sec-20 hospitals, recently commenced, notably contributed 27.9 Cr to revenue, while existing hospitals grew 33% YoY.
The company's strategic focus on expansion is clear, with the recent acquisition of a 250-bed Agra hospital for 260 Cr, integrated from February 1, 2026, which is expected to boost future financials.
The company aims for a total bed capacity of ~3,000 beds.
Other growth initiatives include enhancing high-value specialties, optimizing existing infrastructure, and expanding medical value travel.
Significant governance enhancements were also noted with new statutory and internal auditors.
