Dalmia Bharat Sugar's board approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share.

February 11, 2026, is the Record Date to determine shareholders eligible for this dividend.

The board also greenlit a new 13 TPD Bio-Gas project at Kolhapur for ₹58 Cr and a Steam Saving Project at Jawaharpur for ₹49 Cr to enhance efficiency.
