BLS International has declared a 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per equity share for FY2025-26, amounting to Rs. 82.35 Cr.

This represents a 200% payout on the Rs. 1 face value.

Shareholders holding shares by the Record Date of February 13, 2026, will be eligible.

The dividend payout is expected within 30 days of its declaration, directly rewarding investors.
