SCI's Board has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 3.5 per equity share (35% on face value of Rs 10). Tuesday, February 17, 2026, is set as the Record Date to determine eligible shareholders.

This dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration, with a total payout estimated at Rs 163.03 crore.

The trading window for SCI shares will remain closed until 48 hours after the record date.
